The Madsen brothers have been working together in the construction industry since 2000 and with there combined skills in various fields of construction have been able to accelerate the growth and trust of the company since its founding accruing a ever increasing number of new and return clients.

A lot of contractors can get work done for a client and at the end have a good product. The thing that sets us apart from our competitors is first the knowledge and second how we conduct ourselves when something unforeseen is found. See how your contractor reacts when you want to change something or when something doesn't go exactly as planned. We don't run into this much ,but when we do, we handle ourselves and our clients with respect and are diligent in our warranty work when needed. Our estimates are hands down the most detailed and descriptive that you'll find in the industry. The reason for this is that it makes it simple for the client as well as the contractor to know exactly what is getting done and for what cost. We can break down the costs in several areas allowing the owner more power when making decisions on what is most important to get done. By being very transparent in both the estimating process as well as taking the time to ensure that both the client and ourselves are on the same page. There are no "Hidden Fees" and rarely do we have a change order. Most contractors come into a project hoping for change orders as this is a forced cost on the client. We however are professionals and have done this enough times that we don't have the worry of finding an unknown. We already know. As a true professional should.

Michael has been in the construction industry since 2000 and over the years has always held positions that gave him unique learning experiences allowing him to grow in various construction fields at the same time.  Over time experience in these various trades combined to strengthen Michael's abilities and allowed him the know how to start Madsen Remodeling.    One of the things that excites Michael the most about Madsen Remodeling is having the ability to control and oversee quality control ensuring that all clients are given the same high quality service and product time after time.
