About the Business

Lucido Hair Design was founded in the year 1980 by Antonio Lucido. At a young age, Tony had a large guest list and ran a large team of stylists. Over the years he has trained many apprentices into the talented stylists they are today. He attended ongoing education, seminars and hair shows throughout his career and encouraged his team to do the same. Today the salon is owned by a former student Tony mentored for over a decade, yet he still practices the trade at Lucido's. Today the salon is called Lucido Hair Studio and owned by Monica Sagheddu.

Monica became the new owner of Lucido Hair Studio in March 2014, after being a Stylist at the same location for 11 years. She was a part of the high school co-op program at a young age of 16, soon to become an apprentice at Lucido's. Intensely trained by Tony Lucido, the founder of the salon, Monica learned the trade with passion and began to have a following of her own. Today she works along side a great team, including Mr. Lucido, and plans to take on his legacy for years to come!
