Growing up helping others was always my thing. I always wanted to learn everything i could about home improvement to help family and friends in need. The Navy and Trades Schools really prepared me In life to do just that. I was an Electrician/General Trade Specialist for NYS and decided to do home inspections part time and it grew to a full time job to where I felt comfortable leaving the state and my pension to do what I love to do. I truly like to meet new people and help them feel comfortable in their possible new home.

I am a Local Veteran and Licensed Home inspector. I enjoy working with people and walking them through out the home and educating them about the property. I give same day inspection reports and welcome follow up questions. Electronic Radon Testing is available as well Military/Veterans 25% off!

What seperates me from most home inspectors is that I actually put my hands on everything, I get on your roof, I crawl in your crawl space, I get in your attic, I have a drone if I can't get on your roof. I don't check boxes on a tablet or phone as I inspect! That takes time away from YOUR inspection! I do electronic radon testing to get you fast results and speed up the process for you and your realtor.
