Business Owner

Mark C. (Business Owner)

I started practicing massage therapy in 2012. I was immediately drawn to injury rehabilitation massage. My first introduction to high level athletes with injuries was the 2012 Ironman Louisville Triathlon. The energy and excitement surrounding the event and some of the most driven and hardworking people in the country. For some of the group that I worked on that day it was very distinct in that there were people who had a minor injury and others that were getting massage therapy to prevent injuries. I knew then that I wanted to focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation. The most important aspects of injury prevention starts with the 4 pillars of health; Good sleep,  hydration, safe and effective exercise, and a diet that fuels your body properly
