We opened Lotus massage therapy in October 2005 in the lower mission in Kelowna, since then we have expanded and moved to the Rutland area which is 5 minutes East of Orchard Park Mall. We have been in this current location for 10 plus years!

We love working on all areas of the body, however, we have pregnancy pillows for pregnancy so we welcome lots of prenatal clients, children and all other walks of life. Some conditions we treat are headaches, migraines, muscle pain, over use syndromes, car accidents, sporting injuries, Some modalities we use are myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, deep therapeutic massage therapy, trigger point therapy.

I have always loved Massage therapy, wellness and well being in general. I love growing as a therapist and building on my knowledge of the body so I am constantly taking courses and continuing my post grad education. I love working with all conditions and people,  esp with babies and prenatal clients, chronic pain conditions, injuries, headaches and repetitive strains.
