Long Table Distillery is family owned and operated.

Our 300 liter hand crafted copper pot still is the heart of our business and reliably distills a growing collection of award winning spirits - each revealing uniquely bold character and refined taste.

Every small batch we distill tells a story through its subtle taste characteristics derived from our selection of unique botanicals, the 100% Canadian grain based spirits we use along with our use of traditional distilling practices & proprietary recipes.

We're Long Table Distillery - Vancouver's first independent micro-distillery, accomplished Ginsmiths and makers of premium handcrafted small-batch spirits distilled locally and proudly, family owned. Cheers!
