Originally opened in 2014 in the Root Cellar Organic Cafe at 623 Dundas St. We still have five beers on draught at the Root Cellar at all times. In 2017 we expanded our brewhouse and moved into a new facility.

We are a craft brewery located in London's Old East Village that offers a truly local craft beer using only local and organic ingredients. We've expanded to a new home at 521 Burbrook Place - come and see our tasting room, expanded retail space, and up-close view of the brewing operations. We are open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays noon-9pm. Come in through our doors and find 8 beers on tap, excellent music, board games, pinball, and more. The brewery is organized as a worker's co-operative and is all about our community and our community partners. We want to change the conversation that surrounds beer and the place of a brewery in a community. We aim to establish a different relationship with beer. We are a brewery that places quality over quantity. We are producing a pint best served over conversation. Our aim is to bring Londoners together and to help with making London a destination for food and drink tourists.
