**The New Mission! We've opened our new establishment in The Mission at 780 Valencia St on August 23, 2023. Bigger, 2 stories, new equipment, chiropractic, massage, & more! We are dedicated to our members & communities--offering the intelligent combination of luxury fitness & ultimate wellness. **

Dr. Milton O'Brien, a chiropractor from San Francisco for over 25 years, took over the location next to his office and fulfilled his dream of opening the Live Fit Wellness Club with his family.

We began as a small Chiropractor’s office that was on a mission: to uplift, support, and provide wellness to the diverse communities of San Francisco. As true San Francisco natives, we grew up in this great city and have grown with all the changes.

Today, our mission still remains the same. You will find our wellness services integrated at every part of your membership. We want to offer you the ability to experience your most optimized, healthiest, & empowered version of self—inside & out!
