About the Business

In April 2000 I graduated from massage therapy in Hamilton, Ontario and became registered shortly after passing my board exams.
This is when I started practicing as Linda Ann Farruggia RMT.
Throughout the years I've practiced in many different settings from spa at The Fairmont in Banff to clinics and many years of mobile in the Calgary and Kelowna area.
5 years ago moving to the Vancouver area I started practicing in the downtown area in a clinic.
Now living in the Burnaby area and loving it, I've recently opened up my mobile practice to accommodate many people who are working from home and find it more convenient and comfortable to get treatments directly in their homes.
Mobile is great for those who find it challenging to get out whether due to being busy with work or kids, or if you have an injury or disability. Many people feel safer in their own environment.

Mobile RMT travel directly to your home. Throughout the 20+ years I've been practicing as a registered massage therapist, I've learned many different techniques, including Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation of the Abdomen, Thai Massage, Myofacial, Prenatal Massage and CoAT. By listening to what people tell me about their health history, I'll work with them on what techniques to use, to their comfort levels, whether it's deep tissue or more of a relaxing, stress-releiveing treatment. For Prenatal Massage, I have a special pillow ladies can lay directly on to be facedown, comfortable and safe.
