About the Business

Our Lead Locksmith Jonathan began in Locksmithing in 2020 after leaving teaching. He has served in Christian Music and Pastoral Ministry for most of his adult life while also working simultaneously in customer service related roles. All of his employment roles in life were performed out of the belief that we are here to Love God and Love Our Neighbor. After leaving teaching, Jonathan still believed in the importance of using his life to serve others who were in difficult situations. He went to work for a company providing roadside assistance and lockout services which then lead to being promoted to the position of Locksmith where he was able to continue his pursuits of offering assistance to people who found themselves in need a of a specific service. He enjoyed the customer service aspect of his job despite his employer telling him that the job of locksmithing was not a customer service role. Now through our family business, he does just that! Offers superior customer service.

I have worked as an automotive service provider and locksmith for about 4 years but have served most of my adult life in jobs related to some form of customer or community service. From selling phones, serving tables, being a school teacher, and a Pastor, I have found great fulfillment in doing work that helps people. That is what I enjoy most about owning a business and working in the locksmith industry. Each day I am provided opportunity to help folks who are having a difficult moment in their day and to help provide a solution to their temporary problem.
