Concept created by Chef Aqulies Chavez (2004) brought to life in 2012. Which was later to be expanded to two other locations back in his natal Mexico; Playa del Carmen, 2014 and Villahermosa, 2015.
La Fisheria, opened his doors once again to it's new downtown location January, 2016.
