Located in the heartlands of Paya Lebar Area, Kinex Mall (formerly known as OneKM Mall), Kucina Italian Restaurant was established in 2016 by an Italian-Muslim chef, Chef Gero and his Indian-Muslim partner, Chef Dipak. With their vast knowledge on Italian cuisines, they decided to open the first Authentic Halal Italian Restaurant in Singapore. As quality is of utmost importance to the owners, every ingredient is carefully chosen to allow customers to experience the exquisite taste of an authentic Italian dish. Each diner will be able to experience Italy's best dishes like freshly handmade tortellini pasta, hand-stretched pizza and even a Halal grape juice served in a wine glass that tastes almost like wine itself.
