About the Business

On 1st July 2001 the Academy began with an existing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school in Leichhardt, which had 10 students and ran classes 3 days per week out of a church hall. Elvis and Anthony teamed up as both of them expressed interest in opening up a full time martial arts school. Elvis and Anthony taught out of both locations for the next 10 months growing the school to about 40 members.

On 13th May 2002 Elvis and Anthony moved in to a full time academy in Concord naming it Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts. On 30th January 2006 SPMA opened their second full time school in Liverpool. In 2014 the Liverpool Branch moved Moorebank. SPMA continued to grow and in 2017 moved to an even larger premises opening Australia's first Super Martial Arts Gym. In that same year, 2017, SPMA Moorebank was rebranded to Kings Academy and continues to lead the way as Australia's number one Martial Arts School and Facility.
