A Boston transplant who started his restaurant career at Daddy Jacks on Greenville ave.  He then went on to open up Lefty's Lobster house in Addison and eventually became the executive chef for Rockfish.  Rockfish was acquired by Brinker International and Kenny partnered with Bob Stegall and created Kenny's Wood Fired Grill in Addison in 2006.  The partners teamed up with Mike Hutchinson in 2009 and opened Kenny's Burger Joint in Frisco. Kenny's Italian Kitchen in Addison and Kenny's Smoke House in Plano followed over the next 3 years.  Kenny's Burger Joint in Plano is the newest addition to the team.
