Just-In Time Moving was established in May of 2005. The company has grown from 2 employees and 1 truck to a team of over 60 people and 25 trucks.

Our culture is focused on employee satisfaction. This focus creates an opportunity for our employees, in turn, to treat our customers exceptionally.

The moving business is a tough industry with many negative stereotypes. By hiring quality movers, training them on our system, and treating them with respect; they are able to consistently provide a high level of service to our customers during a normally stressful time.

With this consistency, we are thankful to have been able to grow our business through countless repeat and referral customers.

Though the opportunity to grow even larger is present, Just-In Time prefers to expand at a slow and steady pace in order to keep the high level of consistent and personalized service. Many companies make the common mistake of growing too large too quickly and losing touch with their customers.

I spent my childhood in rural PA and moved to Phoenix in 1996. During my teenage years, I worked for an unpacking company called All Settled In. We would come into the home after a move to unpack items, organize, and remove the boxes and debris. While going to college, I went to work in self storage. Through working in the storage industry, I saw an incredible need for quality movers.  Most moving companies that would come through our properties at that time were scary, unprofessional, dirty, and would steal equipment.  I started helping clients with loads and unloads on my off days and decided to start an official moving company in 2005 when I was 23 years old.  The core values that got us started continue to help us grow today.  We work hard, do what we say we are going to do, and always treat others the way we would like to be treated.
