I was born in Windsor, Ontario and graduated from a two year cooking course in 1976. I won an opportunity to be part of the Canadian Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany in 1976 and the 1st ever Jewish Culinary Competition in Jerusalem in 1978. I have worked all over the world in hotels and restaurants but always had a dream to open my own place. In 1984, it happened.
