In the North Hills of Pittsburgh, summer of 1984, sons of Claire and Al Jergel opened their first restaurant. Hank, Tim, and Rick transformed a local watering hole into a highly popular "Entertainment Eatery", launching their hospitality careers.

Oldest brother Hank - a trained concert pianist, Tim - a kitchen wizard, and Rick - the gifted maestro who pulled it all together - combined their skills and energies to provide exceptional food, fun and entertainment to their establishments. Rick and his brother Tim gratefully recognize the music legacy left by "big brother", who lit the fire and carried the torch.
