About the Business

After many years on the road as a color trainer and education manager for global brands like Wella and Framesi, colorist Shari G decided to focus on completing a degree in Marketing and opening a hair color studio. Isle of You Hair Color Studio combines all the best ideas Shari learned while teaching in salons all across the country. Living out of a suitcase for so long gave her lots of time to think about what she missed most about salon work: the hands-on interaction with clients and creating beautiful hair color.

A large portion of Shari's career was spent traveling the country, teaching hair color techniques to stylists from prestigious Newbury Street in Boston to New York, Atlanta, California and all points in between.  After many years on the road as a field trainer and education manager (recruiting and training educators) she found she missed the hands-on, personal rewards of working in a salon with clients. At Isle of You, she is able to put to use her life-long passion for and knowledge of hair color, so no matter what a client walks in the door with, no matter what is going on with her hair, Shari can work with it.
