About the Business

I've held a lifelong fascination for behaviour and thoughts. While studying psychology, I learned about how the two relate. My intention was to become a clinical psychologist. That was, until I came across massage therapy.

I discovered that massage could also be used as a valuable preventative measure - protecting against the onset of discomfort within the body AND the mind.

Traditionally, you tell us what the problem is and we make it better. You go away feeling great. And then you don't feel so great. You do that thing in that particular way. So you return. And we start the cycle again.

I believe that massage can be so much more than this.

My focus as a massage therapist is on working with you to gain insight into how you use your body, to understand the contributing factors, and to develop approaches that will help you feel fantastic in the short term and the long term.
