About the Business

I initially trained as an esthetician where I was introduced to aesthetics, aromatherapy, and basic Swedish massage techniques.

This experience helped me realize my true passion and love for health care and rehabilitation. Thereafter I enrolled in an intensive two-year program at Kikkawa College, which involved over two thousand two hundred hours of education in massage therapy.

This included many hours of study of anatomy and physiology as well as practical exposure to a wide range of massage styles. Upon my graduation in 2007, I worked in some of Toronto's most reputable spas and clinics, while slowly growing my independent in-home practice.

I specialize in: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point work, Sports Massage and Fascial Integration techniques. I am a Registered Massage Therapist from Toronto offering treatments ranging from soothing, relaxing Swedish massage, aromatherapy and hot stone treatments, to deeper restorative muscular work necessary to decrease tension, stiffness, and pain. I've treated many clients suffering from chronic pain syndromes, overuse injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. I've also worked with athletes, dancers, children, and pregnant women. I continually educate myself on the most current massage therapy research, and I take advanced courses every year in order to provide my clients with a highest quality of care.
