About the Business

in 2009, my main hobby became buying, fixing, and selling every broken iPhone I could get my hands on. My overall strategy was simple - repair phones to as near-perfect condition as possible, so I could then sell for top dollar.

After successfully performing over a hundred repairs of my own, I realized I had developed a pretty good little skillset. I decided to branch out and advertise, offering repair services to the Raleigh area.

As I perfected my mobile repair process, I worked my way up to doing several phones a week, mostly on the evenings and weekends. Once it was clear that the need for quality iPhone repair was here to stay, I left my day job, and took on providing the service full-time.
