About the Business

As a teen, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the world of plumbing by my two uncles, who each ran their own plumbing and heating companies’. Although at the time, I wasn’t exactly grateful for the opportunity and felt as though the trade itself was “too dirty”, my disdain would slowly turn into a fascination. I was eager to learn, and in no time I made great progress as a plumbing mechanic. As good as I was, I never understood why thinks worked the way they did. My uncles taught me to repair and replace, but whenever something was slightly out of the ordinary, I would be completely lost! Nevertheless, I was not satisfied with this limited knowledge, so I studied and studied the science and the origins of plumbing! After a falling out with a boss, I decided to go into business for myself and it was literally step one to all my dreams coming true before my very eyes! Since then, I’ve been able to share my skills with two younger brothers and get to watch them succeed as well!

Ever since I was a child, I was always told I was smart or gifted, and because of it I always felt destined to create something bigger than myself. Raised by a single mother, financial trouble was always a factor. All I could think about was how one day I could use my ‘gifted brain’ to make all of our problems go away, but that day couldn’t come soon enough.. as a teenager, I went through a rough time period that made me lose a lot of faith in myself. I began to think I had a black cloud following me, and lost sight of my ambitions. Fast forward a few years, to my mother, brother, sister, and I being evicted from our apartment, and me working for a company for minimum wage while doing pizza delivery after work. I thought about everyone who I felt I let down, and I blamed myself. That feeling of having my back against the wall and nobody to save me, made me find the shovel I used to not only dig my way out but to build the foundation for a better future! That future is named Intrepid!
