Colette's practice began in 2006 when she lived in the Channel Islands. After practicing Iyengar she was guided towards Bikram Yoga by an Ayurvedic practioner to help repair a neck injury. As a Complementary therapist working alongside a chiropractor she knew how important the musclarskelto system affected the skeleton and found the tools she was learning in yoga helped not only herself but also her clients within the clinic.
