The richness of the soup comes from the marrow of the veal bone, the Angus beef brisket, the Wagyu beef shin, and the authentic traditional Thai herbs and spices. At the beginning, It used to be called "Victory Monument Boat Noodle" as the originally recipe came from one of the most famous boat noodle shop near Victory Monument in Bangkok. At the moment, this's the contemporary boat noodle version. Methods of cooking such as roast, sous vide, confit, poach, blanch, and compress have been used to bring out the best flavor instead of put all ingredients in the pot and bring to boil as the old traditional way.
