I have been in auto repair for all of my professional career. I have achieved the level of expert in auto repair, from my many years of experience.  I actually started in this industry as a teenager, pumping gas for a living in northern Virginia, and I have filled many positions that led me to become owner / operator of my own business, such as oil change technician, auto repair technician, service manager, store manager, district manger, company trainer, etc. I think that the most important thing for me as a professional is to provide accurate, honest  information first, to help any  customer  make an informed decision about how they would like to service their vehicle.  I do not employ pressure tactics, nor do I use my knowledge of auto repair to deceive customers into performing repairs. I am very responsive to a customers needs , input and am here to help the customer in any way that I am able. These are not just words to me, they are incorporated into my daily routine.
