We will continue investing in diagnostic technology, developing elite technicians, and improving the overall customer experience. That includes transparency with our customers on required repairs versus recommended maintenance services. Our team now completes and sends digital vehicle inspections on all vehicles in our shop to customers so that they can feel informed and in control of their vehicle services. Friendly customer service and high quality repairs is how we serve our neighborhoods and fulfill our mission to help build community in Denver. We do not "upsell" like dealerships or other shops, but instead focus on vehicle safety and reliability! We're proud to be family-owned and operated. **Important FYIs** (1) We take pride in our FAIR pricing, relative to other top-tier shops. But we are not "cheap", nor do we aim to be. If pricing is your only consideration, we respectfully suggest you find a different shop that focuses on cheap repairs. We value high quality parts, exceptional service, and retaining the best professionals in the industry. (2) We cannot provide quotes for repairs unless we have diagnosed the vehicle at our shop. Not only is it important for us to stand behind our work by ensuring the correct diagnoses have occurred, but also, we simply do not have the resources to price out the dozens of quote requests we get daily. (3) The majority of our business is with repeat customers, yet we are lucky to get countless inquiries from new customers. We realized, however, when we occasionally have an unsatisfied customer, they are nearly always a 1st time customer. Therefore, we created a "New Customer Orientation" document that highlights our history, values, and policies/procedures. Request this document and we will gladly share it so you can determine if we're the right shop for you!
