HMB serves burgers/fries/onion rings/veggie & specialty burgers, some served on glazed donuts along with fried bologna sammys.

I, Francesca aka ChefieF had a vision.  I had my eye on a certain corner for about 5-6 years wanting to open a Burger Stand.  That corner didn't work out but God took me across the street to HIS corner.  We formed a team....4 women pioneering this effort.  Without them this never could have happened.  We learned the Ins-n Outs of developing a beautiful piece of land-septic/well/electric/gas/permits and more permits and too many phone calls to mention.  I am now watching the manifestation of my dream.  Our Mission is to provide our customers with a unique dining experience at affordable prices always using the freshest and best quality of ingredients.  Our Customers are our best asset. We want each Customer to feel welcome, enjoy our food and return for more. May God Bless our Hot Mess! And our customers too!
