Our restaurant focuses mainly on serving traditional Edomae Sushi, and it’s our demand to deliver the best fresh varieties of quality sushi to our valued customers to experience the real authentic Sushi flavour from Japan. Our daily selection consists of varieties of 25 different menu items of the freshly prepared seafood in addition, we also offer some rare find seasonal specials! Our selected premium ingredients are imported directly from Japan and across the country every week to ensure customer can enjoy the same quality of freshness and flavours. We also one of few that offer Omakase. "Omakase" Is a Japanese term which translates to: “Leaving respectfully to Chef's choice”, it refers to a meticulously crafted course curate by the Master Sushi Chef. Customers sit at the sushi bar, observe, and interact directly with our Head Sushi Chef Tim. His smooth knife skills, rice shaping, and precise blow torch technique contributes to the majestic cooking performances. This provides a spectacle for the customers to enjoy and directs by the Master Chef and his years of experience. Preparing one piece of fish at a time, the chef announces its name, origin, and answers your questions as he serves. The stories and recommendations shared by the Chef create an intimate and authentic Sushi dining experience. As Omakase is not a common offering in many local sushi restaurants, it is the most popular dining and is recommended to experience in Sushi culinary.
