We began our journey March 1st 2020 just 14 days before the pandemic.

We are a family run holistic wellness space where you can come to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. We are passionate about the services we offer and to ensure everyone has the best experience we are by appointment only and private bookings so your time will not be shared with guests who are not familiar with you unless you join a class.
