About the Business

We opened for business on May 7, 2020, next door to sister restaurant Better Half. The opening of Hold Out is the culmination of a multi-year project to convert two adjacent properties -- an old Enterprise Rent-a-car and a Quonset hut converted into an event space -- into two neighborhood restaurants and bars serving the Old West Austin neighborhood just west of downtown.
