[Hidden Gym] Is the evolution of 10 years of gym ownership serving the fitness community. Owner's Greg and Tawna McCoy started with Metroflex Plano which they later turned into Destination Dallas. After selling and exiting that business their latest facility came to life in the form of [Hidden Gym]. The new gym is the biggest yet, and serves a new variety of clientele. Bringing together multiple disciplines like boxing, powerlifting, bodybuilding, bjj and athletic training the energy in the facility is tangible. Add to that the same warm and welcoming atmosphere of their previous two ventures [Hidden Gym] is truly a hidden gem worth finding.
