Patty Neumson grew up along the shores of Southern Thailand, where she learned at an early age that quality food is an essential ingredient to good living. From the age of 4, Patty watched her mother and grandmother prepare savory Southern Thai dishes from scratch. Using the bounty of the lush district of Khanom and the sea, Patty began preparing dishes to be sold at Khanom Market alongside her grandmother. Her passion for cuisine and her aptitude for entrepreneurship lead her along a path of study from Bangkok to Chicago to learn how to heal with food.
