Helio Fitness Bolton opened in January 2011 and has since undergone a programme of development to become one of the best equipped gyms in Bolton. With our flexible 'No Contract' memberships starting at £12.95 p/m we offer unrivalled value. The gym floor is split into 4 zones, Cardio, Resistance, Functional and Free Weight plus we have 2 studio that offer 40+ FREE classes each week. Whether you are a novice or experienced trainer then we have everything you will need to progress your training and get the results you desire. Finally, we have a highly qualified personal training team on site if you need any additional coaching.
