Hed aims to not only serve Thai food but also bring the culture and spirit of Thai cuisine to the table.

In Thai culture, each meal consists of different dishes from various methods of cooking, including soups, stir-fries, fries and curries. Together, they give a nuance of flavors and textures, which create perfection. Different from Western cultures, Thai food is traditionally not served in multiple courses, nor in oversized portions. Thais like to experience a multi-dimension journey in their cuisine.

Hed means ‘to make’ in the Isan (Northeastern Thai) dialect. It reflects the true form of action that follows what one believes--in our case, bringing the unique Thai dining experience that is hard to find in the United States.

Verythai is our concept of serving local regional dishes in Thailand, with different textures and a balance of flavors to represent the Thai eating culture in one meal.
