The field of my practice is low back pain, headaches, migraines, as well as numerous other acute and chronic pain disorders. I am skilled in trigger point therapy, pain management and stress relief, prenatal massage, and aiding in the symptoms of poor posture, anxiety and depression. I am comfortable using light and deep pressure. In my opinion, a massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing can still provide therapeutic benefits. Having some muscle issues, I have studied many techniques, stretches, and exercises to help myself and my patients. I love learning new ways to help you. I truly believe that massage is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and I tailor each treatment to suit the specific needs of the individual after a thorough assessment.
