Hay Caramba is Noe's second restaurant adventure here in Canada. He has been reviewed in the Toronto Star food section and his past restaurants have garnered national attention.

The mission at Hay Caramba is simple. Create authentically inspired Mexican cuisine, at reasonable prices, in a relaxed cantina atmosphere where everyone is welcome! No exceptions!

We fresh locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. Things like refried beans and guacamole are made in house daily and with great care. Every recipe is original, and contains spices and ingredients sourced in Mexico.

Our margaritas are world class. Just ask anyone.
