Hawks Provisions & Public House is the 'little sister' to Hawks Restaurant in Granite Bay, which opened in 2007. While Hawks in Granite Bay offers a more refined experience, Hawks Provisions & Public House is meant to offer a more casual experience. Like Hawks, Provisions + Public House places great emphasis on sourcing from local farms whenever possible. Chef Justin Green, Pastry Chef Misty Greene, and GM Esra Oktar are all Hawks alum.

Hawks Provisions + Public House is the second restaruant project from husband and wife team Michael Fagnoni and Molly Hawks. The couple also own Hawks Restaurant in Granite Bay, which opened in 2007. Prior to opening Hawks in Granite Bay, Molly and Michael worked together as the Chefs de Cuisine at the Village Pub in Woodside CA. Michael currently oversees the culinary direction for both restaurants, while Molly oversees the business operations.
