About the Business

Harrison's Lock Service began in 1945 as Bill's Fix it Shop, by William "Bill" Lavender. It was purchased in the 70's by Jerry Dew, and in 1986 by the present owners Ron and Naomi Harrison. At that time Bill Lavender was still employed in the business, and between him and the young Ron Harrison, they made an effective team, combining the old ways with new technology.

The company has expanded exponentially since 1986, and has grown to be one of the largest companies of its type in the nation. Their physical location moved from the 1500 square foot space on Baddour Parkway to the present one on West Main St., in which they now occupy over 6000 plus square feet.
