Hello everyone My name is Brandy and I own and operate Happy Homes Cleaning. I have always had a passion for cleaning/organizing and general de-cluttering! I am currently in search of new clients! I'm looking to add weekly, bi weekly or monthly re-occurring cleans. Although I am always accepting one time, move in/ out as well as construction/renovation/ new build cleans. I have over 15 years of experience in the cleaning service industry and am excellent at helping organize/de-clutter; it's actually my passion! I am friendly, honest, detailed, punctual, reliable and I'm great with pets! I also have great references which can be provided if requested. I service all of Winnipeg and some surrounding areas as well. If you could please include a little information about the place you are looking to have cleaned such as: Approx sqft, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, types of flooring (Harwood, linoleum, tile, vinyl or carpeting), where the place is located and the type of place (house, apartment/condo, commercial).it would be helpful. Also if you are looking for on going service or a one time clean, lastly but most importantly what are your must haves with your cleaning service? I charge on an hourly rate basis of $30 per hour for regular clients (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) and $35 per hour for initial, out of town and one time cleans. I only charge for time spent in your home, however I do have a 2 hour minimum. I accept cash, e-transfer and cheque as payment.
