Happy Earth Cleaning is Minnesota's first (and only) employee-owned cleaning cooperative. We clean homes and businesses within our service area using eco-friendly supplies, equipment, and practices. Our non-toxic residential and commercial cleaning services are 100% chemical-free and safe for humans and animals of all shapes and sizes. Whether you want 1 cleaning visit or 100, we're the green solution for your professional home or office cleaning needs.

We transitioned into an employee-owned cooperative in January of 2020, deepening our work culture and bringing more democracy into our operations.

Rachel is the General Manager of the Happy Earth Cleaning Co-op. She is also one of our founding member-owners and played a crucial role in structuring our transition from an LLC to an employee-owned cooperative. She started at Happy Earth in 2015 and has grown to be an excellent Servant-Leader for our entire team.
