Now we have an entire team of contractors who work only for us. Over the years, we’ve built relationships with highly skilled people who create incredible results.

We are real estate agents AND we have a contracting business. We are ready to take a look at your home and advise you on updates that will optimize your home’s value. We can design your project, get it permitted, and project manage from start to finish. We can warranty our work, because everyone works for us. And, when it’s time for you to buy or sell a home, Get Happy at Home is ready to guide you through the process. At a minimum, we want your return on investment to be double what you spent on updates. (But a lot of our clients ROI is triple what they spent!)

I have worked as a successful real estate agent in Seattle for nearly 17 years. I realized the importance of getting a home ready for sale many years ago. The biggest challenge was always finding reliable and reasonable contractors to work with especially when there is a listing deadline. Finally, my team and I decided to start our own construction company. I had about 10 years of experience renovating our client's homes and managing the jobs. Now, with our own construction company, we hired our contractors and they work full-time for us. This means we can manage the calendars, and warranty our work through our company without having to track down unreliable subcontractors. Our work is high quality as a result. We do things right. We use to only offer construction services to our real estate buyers and sellers, but we've grown large enough that this year (2023) we've decided to open our services up to the public at large and we are excited to show everyone what we can do!
