About the Business

After a traumatic sports injury, Margarita found a solution to her debilitating pain by releasing the opposite and associated muscles from where the pain was located.
Having been involved with the NSW State Netball team, Northern Beaches Canoe Outrigging team, North Shore squash team, and various Triathlon events for more than 15 years, Margarita has a special interest in sports injury prevention, pain management and increasing a patient’s range of movement.
After two years of Study in Remedial Sports Massage and four years of study in Physical Education and Sports Science, Margarita graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Diploma in Remedial Sports Massage.
Margarita has worked as a Massage Practitioner and personal trainer; started and managed Coles Myer Gymnasium in addition to lecturing at various universities and TAFE's for many years.
