Shinji, the founder of Gushi was born in Fukuoka Japan.
He moved to Toronto Canada to introduce Japanese street food in shipping container market by Scadding court community centre. Gushi is able to continue serving our fresh made "Gushi Chicken" for regular customer, tourist, Celeb chef and Torontonians.
