Grow Salon was founded by Kesli Johnson with the goal of offering innovative styling and coloring techniques in a warm and relaxing environment. Through advanced training and in-salon education, our stylists are constantly learning how to take their art to the next level. Kesli is passionate about providing her team with continued education and support, setting Grow on the cutting-edge of beauty and fashion.

We are dedicated to each and every client individually. We realize that our success depends on our relationship with our clients. In the end, that relationship is what enables us to create the very best work we can.

Our goal is to bring out your individual, natural beauty by making your hair the healthiest it can possibly be. We believe that caring about yourself and the environment do not have to be mutually exclusive. We are passionate about what we do, supporting our community and minimizing our impact on the planet. We are committed to sustainable practices in how our products are made and how we use them. We partner with manufacturers that are passionate about conserving resources like water and energy during production, as well as using sustainably grown or raised ingredients that are good for the environment and healthy for our customers. Many of our products have biodegradable, reusable or post-consumer packaging.

Hello and welcome to our Grow Yelp Page. I started this green business  in 2006 with a desire to create an eco-friendly work place that thrives on community over competition. I wanted a place where hairstylists, like myself, could work together and support each other and grow. In 2012 we became one of the first salons in North America to become a Green Circle Salon. What that means to you is, we recycle or compost 90-95% of materials used daily. We partner with manufacturers that are passionate about conserving resources like water and energy during production, as well as using sustainably grown  ingredients that are good for the environment and healthy for our customers.
