I’ve been in restaurants for over twenty years. I worked all hourly positions both front and back of house and also management to GM level. I’ve worked in fast food to fine dining and everything in-between. My experience also includes working for the largest corporate dining concept to mom and pop restaurants. I’m originally from New Orleans. I moved to Franklin, TN in 2003. I finished college and was managing restaurants and just enjoyed what I was doing so I stayed in the field. In 2007, I met my wife at a restaurant I managed and married her in 2009. Her name is Meagan. I was a successful GM at a very large corporate restaurant. I moved to a smaller concept that was lunch focused. It was better for my quality of life but still felt unfulfilled. I had spoke to Meagan about opening my own place for years. She helped me to take the leap and open our own place. We now have two daughters: McKenzie, 7 and Madison, 2. I can now say I’m living the dream in all aspects of my life!
