I have always had a passion for fitness from a young age. I love health and fitness and love to inspire and motivate others to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. I believe in moderation and balancing good nutrition and training. This means no cutting out of major food groups, not over training and having regular rest days. Being a mum of twins I know how hard it is to find time to exercise and eat well, however I believe that it is important to look after yourself. You are setting an example for your children so living a health and fit lifestyle will encourage them to do the same.
