Specialties

Grays Complementary Clinic Ltd provides a wide range of treatments to help you stay fit, healthy and pain free: Osteopathy treats back pain, neck pain, joint pain, arthritic pain, injuries, sprains, strains, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, shin splints, heel spurs, sciatica, lumbago, headaches, whiplash. It is similar to chiropractic / chiropractor. Cranial osteopaths can help many babies that suffer constant crying, distress, poor feeding or trouble winding. Homeopathy, or homoeopathy, is often useful when you have health problems that are poorly defined or don't respond well to conventional medical treatment. Cambridge weight plan and hypnogastric band can be helpful if you are overweight. They can both aid weight control through diet. Reflexology, Indian head massage and back massage are very good at relieving tension and stress. Hypnotherapy is often used to treat fears, phobias, habits, addictions, exam nerves, stopping smoking, hypnobirthing, overcoming negative attitudes and procrastination. Counselling is often used to help with emotional or relationship problems.
