Our Gourmet Gorditas are made with a variety of carefully selected, locally sourced ingredients. We've created recipes that take inspiration from authentic Mexican dishes, but have given them a 'foodie' spin by using the best gourmet ingredients.

Santiago is from Mexico and recently moved to London to explore new paths. One of his childhood dreams had always been to open up a food business, and when he came to London he had the idea to bring to Londoners something from his hometown (Torreon, in the North of Mexico), where 'gorditas' are very popular. Since he's a foodie, he added an extra twist to the idea, making gorditas with authentic recipes but using gourmet ingredients. And so Gourmet Gorditas was born, the first (and so far the only) place making gorditas in London.
