About the Business

Trading established in 1990 following personal skills with a variety of building, construction and timber treatment companies since 1975, gaining a wide base of experience in general property maintenance. This work was primarily repair and maintenance of household, commercial and council properties.

One such refurbishment was of Stanmer House eradicating dry rot affected timbers and overhauling all the sliding sash windows. This led to setting up Dinnages Property Maintenance from an office in the heart of Brighton, soon gaining a portfolio of clients based on managed and let properties primarily direct for owner landlords although a number of agents soon took on our services. Of our client base there have been many, both national and local agents both management and letting, those commercial in insurance, English Language schools, shopkeepers along with a personal contact list of residential properties.
Becoming established as a Locksmith form 2007 now cut our own keys.
