Alec McClennan was born and raised outside of Cleveland, Ohio in a small farm town (at the time). After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Civil Engineering, Alec decided to start Good Nature Organic Lawn Care to help people enjoy beautiful lawns, without all the chemicals just like he enjoyed in his childhood. Before starting Good Nature Alec became a Master Gardener and a Certified Turfgrass Professional.
